Your personal and specific data can be collected, processed, saved, stored, modified, updated, periodically checked, reorganized, classified and retained using automated or non-automated methods due to services rendered by our Company, your application to Güven Çayyolu Medical Center or affiliated centers or through public authorities and institutions pt by means of departments and offices of our company, web site, call center, social media, mobile applications, business partners, services providers and suppliers and similar organization in verbal, written or electronic format.
Your personal data are collected and processed in strict concordance with provisions of Article 4 and aims and conditions of personal data processing mentioned in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data in order to make you benefit from healthcare and other services offered by the Company, meet our legal obligation to retain medical records, conduct necessary studies by our work divisions, personalize our services according to your appreciation, habits and needs and assure legal and commercial rights of persons who have commercial relation with our company.
Your personal data can be transferred to our subsidiaries, Güven Çayyolu Medical Center, contract insurance companies, local and international companies and organizations, public authorities and institutions as well as private companies, business partners, suppliers and service providers and third parties determined thereof pursuant to aims and conditions of processing personal data, as specified in Articles 8 and 9 of Law on Protection of Personal Data, in order to make you benefit from both general and personalized opportunities, fulfill legal obligations of our company to collect and save data, work in coordination with subsidiaries, affiliated organizations and suppliers as well as public authorities and institutions and to execute human resources policy and ensure continuity of service delivery.
Your personal and specific data are saved and retained for periods allowed by relevant legislation.
In this end, owners of personal data have following rights;
• Learning whether personal data is processed or not,
• Requesting relevant information, if personal data is processed,
• Learning the intent of processing personal data and whether they are used in line with the intention,
• Learning local and international third parties who are shared the personal data,
• Requesting correction and having third parties, who were already transferred the personal data, about the correction, if personal data is incompletely or incorrectly processed,
• Requesting deletion or disposal of personal data, if causes that require processing the personal data are no more valid, although personal data are processed in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data and provisions of other relevant laws, and having third parties, who were already transferred the personal data, notified about the relevant procedure.
• Raising an objection to a negative outcome arising out of analyzing the data exclusively with automated systems,
• Requesting compensation of loss and damage that arises out of illegal processing of personal data.
Pursuant to paragraph 1, Article 13 of Law on Protection of Personal Data, you should submit your request to use above mentioned rights to the address with a document carrying your electronic signature or your wet signature. Our Company will conclude your request not later than thirty days depending on the nature of the request. However, if the procedure requires expenditure, you will be charged a cost that shall be determined by Personal Data Protection Committee.
