Post COVID-19 normalization

Post COVID-19 normalization

During the post-COVID-19 normalization process, you can safely visit your doctor.

It is time to plan the doctor appointments that you have been postponing; how can we do this while protecting ourselves from COVID-19?

In many places, precautions against coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) are becoming less strict. However, you still may be worried. We would like to share with you how you can protect yourselves against COVID-19 while receiving the medical services you need.

Preparation process before you arrive at the hospital

You can read our article on the precautions taken against the COVID-19 pandemic.

As Güven Hospital, the safety of our patients is of utmost importance for us. We would be very happy if you follow the precautions, we have taken to achieve this.

Mask Usage

At the hospital (or every time you leave your house), do not forget the take the following standard measures:

Wear a face mask. If you have a fabric mask, make sure that it is clean.

Wash your hands at least for 20 seconds with soap and water or as in waiting areas use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer before or after you touch a surface in a public place.

Do not touch your eyes, nose, and mouth.

When you are coughing and sneezing, make sure to use a disposable tissue, and throw it away once you use it. If you do not have a tissue with you, cover your mouth with your elbow and wash your clothes when you return to your home. When wearing a mask, cough or sneezing inside the mask.

Keep your distance

Make sure to keep your social distance in every space of our hospital. You can follow the signs that have been put up to help you. Try to wait in places other than crowded ones.

Try to avoid touching surfaces that are frequently contacted

Try to avoid touching frequently contacted surfaces such as doors, elevator buttons, and touchpads. In our hospital, these surfaces are regularly cleaned and disinfected. However, make sure to protect yourself everywhere you go. To open doors or press on the elevator buttons, wear gloves, or use a tissue. If you need to use a touchpad or touch a frequently used surface, wash your hands or use hand sanitizer.

Prefer contactless payment options

If possible, use contactless payment. If not, either wear gloves or use hand sanitizer.

Use E-Doctor services for your appointments

E-Doctor is an option that is prepared to solve your problems without the need to come to the hospital. You can book an online appointment instead of a face-to-face meeting.

Even though you have concerns about going to the hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic, it is possible to visit your doctor and be safe.

From our social media channels and website, you can monitor the efforts we make, as Güven Hospital, to create the best possible environment and to provide you with the highest quality care either face-to-face or in an online platform.
